A striking annual report covering the Healthcare Commission’s final year of operation. Our approach engaged the reader and reflected key issues of patient safety, improvement, care and quality of experience by using powerful imagery for the section dividers complimented by clean layouts and simple but graphic styling for the charts and highlighted statistics.
