Law Society Gazette is the market-leading news weekly in the legal sector, with a circulation of 120,000. Having been invited to manage the redesign, we created an assertive, confident and authoritative modern brand by introducing a new format with a striking new masthead, and by using a modern typeface and more variation within the grid.
Publication templates (5-6)
The brief was to unify four niche titles, improve the design and cut production timescales. We identified key characteristics that were common to the four titles and designed a new, open grid system that worked for all of them. We generated design templates for ongoing in-house use by the Law Society.
