Redress

A visual brand and a range of materials were required to launch a Government review into redress for citizens when their council services fail to meet agreed standards. Our approach was to make the design instantly engaging, fun and accessible by frontline local authority staff. We created a playful star character to encourage active staff engagement and to break down barriers.
