Staff engagement campaign (1-4)
A staff teaser campaign to announce an affinity deal with Banco Santander. Adopting a Spanish theme, we developed three circular teaser cards and posters which were delivered on consecutive days to all 1,400 staff. As well as strong visual hints, the first two cards contained further clues to the identity of the new partner. The third card made the announcement and revealed details of a competition to win a weekend in Barcelona.
Onboarding recruitment campaign (5-6)
IAG UK identified the need to make new starters feel completely onboard from the moment they sign their contract and through their first few months with the company. Working with the HR department, we designed a flexible and striking visual style to a range of ‘onboarding’ materials, which included a starter pack, welcome pack, mouse mat, coaster, mug and pen.
