New magazine on food issues
The Food Standards Agency is launching a new quarterly publication. Titled Bite, it will cover all the big issues facing UK food safety, food security and nutrition. The 32-page magazine is aimed at stakeholders and influencers across the food industry. Mixing in-depth features and interviews with key commentators the publication aims to raise the debate on major issues such as the impact of GM, future UK food risks and nutrition of organic food. SPY were awarded the contract to design, develop and produce the magazine after a four-way pitch. The first issue is due out in February 2010.
